MOLUCCAN COCKATOO

The Moluccan Cockatoo or Salmon-crested Cockatoos averages 22 inches in length, they are a very popular pet bird. The plumage of the Moluccan Cockatoo varies from pale pink to a rich salmon-peach color. The underside of their recumbent crest is deep salmon and is only visible when the crest is erect. The beak is large and black in color, as are the legs and feet. There is nothing sweeter than a baby Moluccan Cockatoo. A baby Moluccan Cockatoo should not be spoiled as they can grow up to be demanding.
